Top 10 Things to Know About Bryan Johnson
1. I currently live in Pocatello, Idaho and have applied for entrance into the Special Education teaching program at Idaho State University.
2. I have recently become engaged and my fiancée is attending ISU. She is almost finished with her PhD in school and mental counseling.
3. I grew up in Port Angeles, Washington, which is located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Idaho is not really my cup of tea and we will be moving back to Washington when finished with school.
4. I am currently unemployed and will look for free lance writing opportunities anywhere I can get them. My e-mail address is beejcjohnson@yahoo.com and I am 27 years old.
5. I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Western Washington University. I also took some creative writing and journalism classes at WWU and Tacoma Community College.
6. One of my passions is all sports, athletic achievement, and competition. I am loyal to the Seattle Mariners, Seahawks, UW Huskies, and Gonzaga Bulldogs. I still have some built up animosity for Clay Bennett who moved the Seattle Sonics to Oklahoma last season.
7. I am a strong supporter of Barack Obama.
8. I look to the times of the 1950’s and 60’s and envy what the slower and free spirit lifestyle would have been like. I love the music and movies from that time era. Some of my favorite musicians are The Beatles, Billy Joel, Queen, Eminem, Tupac, Kurt Cobain, and Simon & Garfunkel.
9. Some of my favorite hobbies are playing recreational baseball, going for hikes, river rafting, and watching youth sports. Coaching and teaching would be one of the life goals.
10. Influential people in my life are my family, Cal Ripken Jr. Kirby Puckett, and Lou Gehrig. Some of my favorite comedies are The 40 Year Old Virgin, Talladega Nights, Happy Gilmore, Anchorman, Revenge of the Nerds, and Animal House.
