Despite only having the strength level of an ordinary human being, the Flash is arguably one of the strongest people in the entirety of comic history.
Not only is he able to move so fast he can literally make the universe stand still, but by accelerating his body to near or above light speed his mass becomes almost infinite, allowing him to deliver a blow with the comparable force of being hit by the sun.
He is also able to throw an almost infinite number of punches in the blink of an eye due to his speed. Meaning, that if the people making the Flash movie are faithful to the comics, the film will be 2 seconds long and consist of a montage of every criminal on Earth being donkey punched into the center of the sun.
