  2. She is from a tiny town in the middle of nowhere in Alberta, Canada.
  3. She is a huge film buff and dreams of one day becoming a director/screenwriter. (She has already begun the screen writing part with three screenplays in various stages of completion.)
  4. She reads a lot and loves historical fiction like The Last Templar by Raymond Khoury, Knights of the Black and White by Jack Whyte and Labyrinth by Kate Mosse.
  5. Despite never learning to play, she is a totally crazy soccer fan and cheers for Chelsea FC and the English National team.
  6. Her dad’s family moved to Canada from Nottingham, England when he was 10 years old and as a result at family gatherings (or anytime she’s around her grandma) she has an uncontrollable urge to break into an English accent.
  7. She is a total history nut and quite often can be found watching the History Channel and reading Archaeology magazine.
  8. She loves dance shows like Dancing with the Stars and So You Think You Can Dance and if she could relive her childhood she would have taken dance instead of gymnastics.
  9. Her favorite list that she has written was Top Ten Most Influential Women because she learned a lot of really cool stories while researching it and was really inspired to do better.
  10. Her favorite article on the site by someone else is a tie between Top Ten Influential Firsts in History and Top Ten Lost Cities, both are incredibly well done.
